When you get exercises given to you, sometimes it’s hard to remember exactly what to do, when to do and for how long. Especially if you haven’t done them for a while, you don’t want to go backwards or make things worse right?
Guided classes to help go through the exercises to manage old injuries and ensure you are doing the right technique.
We prescribe, and give you that continued and guided support through common exercises so that we’re helping you holistically with rehabilitation of multiple injuries and symptoms.
